Ingredients

  • 2 cups instant dry milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Sift the Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, sift 2 cups of powdered sugar through a sifter to remove any lumps.
  2. Add Dry Milk and Cocoa – Sift 2 cups of instant dry milk and 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa into the bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until fully combined.
  3. Incorporate Granulated Sugar – Add 1/3 cup of granulated sugar to the mixture and whisk thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly blended.
  4. Store the Mix – Transfer the hot chocolate mix into an airtight canister or jar for storage.
