- Wash lemons and then slice them into thin slices.
- Add lemon slices to a pitcher and top with 8 cups of water. *If you are using both sparkling water and filtered water (you'll do 4 cups sparkling & 4 cups filtered).
- Top with 3 cups of ice.
- Refrigerate to let infuse for at least an hour before serving.
- Remove lemons after 4 hours. This will help prevent your water from become bitter.
