Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- zest of 2 large oranges
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen (Cape Cod Select) cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together orange zest, milk, lemon juice, oil, eggs, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients.
- Add in your cranberries and stir until combined.
- Pour into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes (or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean).
- Allow to cool and enjoy!

** If you want to bake ahead for the holidays, you can store your bread by wrapping it in plastic wrap and storing in your freezer.
