How to Make the Best Cranberry Orange Bread:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Line bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking power, salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: orange zest, milk, lemon juice, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. Use a spatula to mix well.
  5. Add cranberries.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until you can insert and pull a toothpick out of loaf clean.

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • zest of 2 large oranges
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen (Cape Cod Select) cranberries
