Description

These Peeps Waffles bring a touch of Easter magic to breakfast and the best part, they’re so easy to make! Made with my fluffy homemade waffle batter, they’re infused with vanilla extract and cinnamon for a warm, cozy flavor. Cooked in a special waffle maker, each waffle gets an adorable Peeps bunny imprint, making them a fun and festive treat for spring mornings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 TBSP White Sugar
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt, whisk to combine.
  2. Make a well in the center of your dry mix, pour in your milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Plug in your Dash Peeps Waffle Maker, wait for the light to turn off (this means the waffle maker is ready).
  4. Using a 1/4 measuring cup as a scoop, pour batter into the waffle maker, and close the lid.
  5. The light will come back on to indicate it’s cooking, when the light turns off, the waffle is ready.
  6. Raise the waffle maker lid, remove waffle, and enjoy!
