Description
These Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls are an adorable and delicious treat that both kids and adults can enjoy. They’re made with store-bought cinnamon rolls, which means this recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to your Easter brunch or breakfast table.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of Jumbo (or Grand) Cinnamon Rolls
- Easter M&M’s (optional)
- Easter Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange cinnamon rolls on baking sheet.
- Unravel end of cinnamon roll and form ears (see video above).
- Bake according to package (Grands are 16-20 minutes). Half way through, remove cinnamon rolls and reinforce bunny shape, return to oven to finish baking.
- Remove from oven once golden brown, & allow to cool.
- While bunnies are cooling, use a spoon to fill a sandwich size ziplock bag with icing. Cut the tip of the ziplock bag with scissors to form a piping bag to drizzle icing on your cinnamon rolls.
- Once bunnies have cooled, drizzle icing over the bunnies. You can choose to either eat your bunnies at this step or continue on to decorate.
- Place two M&M’s for the eyes, and one M&M for the nose.
- Top with Easter spinkles. Don’t worry about perfection, the charm is whimsy.
- Enjoy your Easter treat!
