Easter Treats

As a mom to four young kids, every holiday that rolls around means it’s another opportunity to whip up a delicious treat for my children.

With Easter quickly approaching, I began scannning Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration on this years treat. Normally I’m all about spending a little extra time in the kitchen for a fun treat but we’re planning a road trip to see family which meant I neede something that would be easy to make away from home.

I was tempted to do another marshmallow based treat but last year we made Peeps Marshmallow Treats and for St. Patrick’s Day we just made Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats which meant I wanted to branch out and try something new.
