You’ll want to keep the base of the drink, juices, the same, but feel free to add or swap any fruit for ones that you know your children enjoy. In addition, you’ll need a pitcher to add your ingredients to, a spoon to stir, a knife to cut, and a cutting board.

Non-alcoholic sangria ingredients:

  • Cranberry Cocktail Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • Pink Lemonade Drink Mix
  • Lemon
  • Lemon-lime side (such as sprite)
  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh Mint (for garnish)

How We Made Our Non-Alcoholic Summer Sangria

Step One

First thing you’ll need to do is gather your ingredients and supplies. I don’t normally have cranberry cocktail juice on hand and the kids had drank all our orange juice. I wasn’t about to take all four kids to the grocery store which meant I did grocery delivery and asked the kids what fruit they wanted to add to our non-alcoholic summer sangria. They all agreed on raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. I placed my UberEats order for delivery

Step Two

Now that we had all our ingredients it was time to prepare our non-alcoholic summer sangria.

First, we poured in 4 cups of the cranberry juice cocktail. We used OceanSpray but you can pick any variety or brand that you prefer.

Step Three

Add in 1 cup of orange juice. We picked Tropicana non pulp, but this is also one you can swap for other brands if you have a preferred brand of orange juice.

Step Four

Add 1 freshly squeezed lemon. The kids loved using my lemon juicer and helping with this step.

Step Five

Mix in 3/4 cup of Pink Lemonade Flavoring. We used the Country Time Pink Lemonade.

Step Six

If you are serving your non-alcoholic sangria immediately, you will add in your 2 cans of sprite next.

**If you don’t plan to drink it immediately you will let it chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to drink. You will add your sprite in immediately before drinking only because you don’t want the carbonation to go flat.

Step Seven

Add in your desired fruit to your sangria. This step is so fun for the kids because the fruit usually splashes in and the drink fizzes a little bit. You can any fruit you wish.

We sliced up one orange, one lemon, added in 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blackberries, and 1 cup of blueberries.

Step Eight

Pour your non-alcoholic sangria over ice, garnish with fresh mint (we picked our from our herb garden).

Step Nine

Enjoy your refreshing non-alcoholic sangria together as a family while enjoying the sunshine. We enjoyed our in the backyard while the kids played in the sprinklers.
